RFK Jr. Is Unfit, Corrupt, And Getting People Killed | Daily Dose, May 30, 2025
Fact-based, pro-democracy frames to flood the zone with nutritious facts.
We’ve all had that experience in the grocery aisle—do we choose the healthy option or the less healthy one? Our food comes with nutrition labels to help guide our decisions about what we consume. But when it comes to our media diets there are no labels. This is dangerous because the quality of our media consumption impacts the health of our society. Without any information nutrition labels our MAGA friends and colleagues end up feeding on a diet of toxic propaganda while everyone else does the best they can with highly processed news meant to go down easy. In this environment, the cancer of fascism metastisizes. The Daily Dose is an immune boost for the American mind that replaces the toxic option with key nutrients like Vitamin C(ontext) and Vitamin F(acts) to boost levels of Vitamin D(emocracy).
Instead of the TOXIC PROPAGANDA option…

RFK Jr. Is Unfit, Corrupt, And Getting People Killed
RFK Jr. is a science denier with no business leading America’s public health agency. He spreads disinformation and uses his connections to enrich himself and his pals. In the video above, Karoline Leavitt can be seen lying about the integrity of the findings within the latest public example of Kennedy’s lack of fitness.
Kennedy’s "Make America Healthy Again" (MAHA) report released last week is intended to address the reasons for the decline in Americans’ life expectancy and the rise in chronic disease amongst children. Instead the report itself may be a reason American’s die early after it was revealed the report misrepresented medical data and relied on artificial intelligence (AI) to generate fake studies.
The MAHA report contains numerous citations produced by AI tools like ChatGPT. Experts identified at least seven references in the report that are entirely fake. For instance, the report cites a study titled "Changes in mental health and substance abuse among US adolescents during the COVID-19 pandemic," allegedly published in JAMA Pediatrics and authored by epidemiologist Katherine Keyes. Keyes has confirmed that no such paper exists and that she was not involved in any such publication.
Kennedy is accused of using his public office to advance the financial interests of wellness influencers and companies tied to him. He elevated influencers like Vani Hari (“The Food Babe”) and Dr. Mark Hyman through official U.S. health initiatives and both saw major business boosts, including new product deals and valuation spikes. RFK Jr. issued waivers to aides like Calley Means and Stefanie Spear, allowing them to keep running private wellness businesses while working at HHS. In an apparent quid pro quo, Means promotes wellness products and policies that align with RFK Jr.’s business interests. RFK Jr. backed Means’ nomination to be the Surgeon General despite Means’ lack of formal medical credentials.
Senators Elizabeth Warren, Ron Wyden, and Bernie Sanders have raised concerns about Kennedy's attendance at multiple high-priced dinners with pharmaceutical executives at Mar-a-Lago. These events, where executives reportedly paid millions for access, suggest potential undue influence on health policy.
But wait, there’s more…

RFK Jr. has:
Helped fuel a deadly measles outbreak in Samoa in 2019; his anti-vaccine rhetoric contributed to vaccine hesitancy that led to 83 deaths, mostly children.
Contributed to plummeting U.S. vaccine rates and the worst U.S. measles outbreaks in decades—over 700 cases and two child deaths in Texas alone in 2024.
Removed COVID vaccines from CDC schedule for kids and pregnant women. Pregnant individuals are at a higher risk for severe COVID-19 complications, including preterm birth and stillbirth. Vaccination during pregnancy has been shown to reduce these risks and provide protective antibodies to newborns.
Lied about vaccines and autism. Kennedy appointed anti-vaccine activist David Geier to lead a federal study on the debunked link between vaccines and autism. Geier has no medical degree and was previously disciplined for practicing medicine without a license. Geier promotes discredited autism treatments, including chemical castration.
Founded and ran the disinformation group, Children’s Health Defense, a major hub for vaccine and health conspiracy theories. The nonprofit created a deceptive website mimicking the CDC's vaccine safety page. The fake site disseminated disinformation about vaccines and autism—deliberate attempts to mislead the public.

Over 60% of influencers do not fact check any information before sharing it and 1 out of every 5 U.S. adults gets their news and information from social media influencers. By highlighting pieces of disinformation that I find while doing my work I aim to remind you that you must remain ever-vigilant in an increasingly post-truth America.
I came across this TikTok video making the misleading claim that Antifa “attacked a peaceful Christian worship event in seattle [sic].” The social media post also alleged that Seattle’s mayor responded by “blaming Christian’s!”
It turns out this was just one big lie about a far-right hate group Mayday USA. You can debunk this video for folks by posting these articles to your social media:
